Participants will explore principles such as taking ownership without formal authority, choosing influence over control, staying engaged rather than disengaged, and leading through consistency and character.

This training translates these concepts into practical application within clinical environments, including team collaboration, client advocacy, supervision dynamics, and organizational culture. Participants will learn how to navigate common barriers such as limited authority, unclear roles, and workplace frustration while maintaining ethical integrity and professional effectiveness.
